Occupational Health Management to Direct New Employee Wellness Program at Vermed

Keene - Mary Warzecha of Occupational Health Management will direct the new Wellness Program at Vermed, Inc. located in Bellows Falls. The Wellness Program will deliver on-site preventive healthcare for all company employees.

Warzecha, a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager experienced in Occupational Health Management, is now on-site to develop a company wide employee database on blood sugar levels, blood pressures, body mass indexes and cholesterol levels as a baseline to deliver preventive healthcare for every worker.

This new trend in employer-sponsored health benefits enables employers to maintain a healthy workforce and create a culture of caring. At the same time, it scales back the growth rate of the company's healthcare expenses.
