OHM CELEBRATES 25 YEARS IN BUSINESS

Keene, NH - July 2006 marks 25 years in business for Occupational Health Management, Inc., providing professional, full-service occupational health knowledge and experience to business and industry in the Monadnock area and beyond.
Occupational Health Managements was established in 1981. OHM employs full-time and part-time occupational health nurses and safety specialists to over 45 businesses. Services include physical exams, drug testing, education, health surveillance programs, safety compliance, consulting services, screenings, vaccines, ergonomics, health faiTs and more. Programs are designed and tailored to each client's health care needs.
Mary Warzecha, president, has over 25 years of experience as an Occupational Environmental Health Nurse. She is past president of the NH Association of Occupational Health Nurses and is certified in case management. She has published two books on Hazardous Materials and produced an audio tape entitled Marketing for Health Care Professionals. Mary has also been a visiting professor at several colleges and an advisor to Simmons College and the Harvard School of Public Health.
OHM is in the process of running the largest longitudinal cholesterol study in New Hampshire for the New Hampshire Auto Dealers Association (NHADA). The first series of screenings for the study was done in 2004 with the second series to begin in September. The study is screening 3000 employees in over 200 dealerships. Cholesterol screenings are done to identify problems that need to be addressed by a physician. Results from these screenings can result in a change of life style habits that promote wellness and keep employees in good health and in the workforce.
